Using this website
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use. External programme, payment and video services have their own privacy notices. Following a link or choosing to play an external video can share browser information with that service.
Optional Google Ads measurement
We use Google Ads to associate ad clicks with completed registrations, accepted inquiries and paid orders. Google receives advertising identifiers and technical browser information, including the IP address used to connect to its service. We send only an event category and a non-secret reference for avoiding duplicate counts; we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, children’s answers or private order-access links. Personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled. Google may process information outside Armenia under its privacy policy.
Your choice
Measurement is on by default for visitors located in Armenia unless they have turned it off. For visitors elsewhere, including the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, or when location cannot be determined, it stays off until permission is given. Our hosting provider uses the connection’s IP address to determine the country; our measurement setting does not store that address or location. Open “Privacy settings” in the footer to turn measurement on or off. A saved refusal overrides the regional default. Registration and payment do not depend on this setting. We remember your explicit choice for up to 180 days in a preference cookie and local browser storage; an automatic regional default is not recorded as your consent. On risefoundation.am, the choice also applies to pay.risefoundation.am; Bebras and Codzilla remember their own choices. Google advertising cookies may be used when measurement is on.
